  Members of the senior national team, the Black Stars and entire members of the technical team led by Mr. Kwasi Nyantakyi, President of the Ghana Foot Ball Association and team manager Kwasi Appiah on January, 3, 2013 paid a courtesy call on President John Mahama at the Castle Osu in Accra. The meeting which was the President’s first encounter with the Black Stars players since his assumption of office crated an opportunity for both players and technical handlers to interact with the president. At the meeting were Minister of Youth and Sports, Prof. Kofi Humado, Mr. Alex Segbefia, Deputy Chief of Staff, Ms Sherry Aryitey, Minister of Environment Science and Technology and Dr. Angela El-Adas, Director General of the Ghana Aids Commission.
